Anyone familiar with this chain? I know it's pretty popular out in Mass. I love burgers, and it's cool to be getting more new joints opening up out here. Good eats?

It'll be interesting to see how well it survives, with all the upscale & midscale burger joint competition. I don't know if their product is somehow better than other places or not, but right now they are riding the wave that publicity from their TV show gives them & I suppose some people hit the chain just out of the hope of seeing/meeting one of the 'celebrity' brothers.

Hell, if I were them, I'd open up a location in Vegas too, just so I could write-off travel expenses to the city.

Unless they have a strong following, i don't know how they will fare. I'm excitedly waiting for the Hamburger Habit, a homegrown favorite. This must be the next new thing, regional burger joints coming to Vegas.

This is why I love Vegas. All the chains want to be represented here.

I have tried Walhburgers at their first location in Hingham MA (I'm from Boston), it's pricey at $9 and small size (immediately thought where's the beef?). Add a beer + fries and you're into $20 for the meal.

The atmosphere includes photos of Mark's movies, very hollywood-like theme.

For me, any burger at any place, there is only so much you can do to elevate a burger into an excellent burger. Bachi burger here is one of my favorites. Carl's Jr. is good too.

Shake Shack from NYC is coming to a location on the north side of NYNY, part of that $100M outdoor park project.

We also need a WhatABurger. They had one in Oxnard when I was a kid and we'd eat there whenever we were in town. I got my fill in Florida but would like to have one here too! They are similar to Sonic but with much better fries and a slight distinct burger.

What Vegas needs is a real sandwich shop.

Good points made. I kinda dig Steak and Shake inside South Point too but I know we'll be getting better chains and I am looking forward to trying Shake Shack.

I lived in Plainville MA And I don't think I've ever seen a Wahlburger. But I'll try anything once.
