In Vegas, why spend millions on a condo? You can do very nicely with a condo for $150K (or maybe even less, especially if you go nowhere near the strip.) You can get a very nice house for $250K-ish.

Yes, you'll need a car, but you'll be able to afford one easily with the price difference.

Yes, the apartments in Panorama are nice, but it's NOT on the strip. It's in the industrial wasteland on the other side of the freeway from the strip.

Then don't buy the condo. That's called living beyond your means. No one who can afford Panorama Towers (and the large HOA fees) ever rides the bus.

It is called the Harmon overpass, it connects Panorama Towers to the Aria/Cosmopolitan complex. Pedestrians as well as cars go over it.

Panorama Towers has over 50% renters now. Renters have access to their limo service, which was recently significantly downgraded to Tahoe SUV's. A Tahoe is not a limo. They have a front seat that folds down from the back of the driver's seat. The only place with legroom is next to the driver. So, if you imagine yourself stepping out of a Panorama limo at a casino destination, you have that - your imagination.

The Tahoe trucks are a joke. So, I'm guessing the renters are looking for buses. Renters there stuff 4 or more into small condos and bunk together. There is a pedestrian bridge running from the Martin, north of the Panorama across to the City Center exiting at Vdara. You have to cross Harmon and dodge cars to get to it, but if you are agile, it's no problem.
