Just residential high user. Are there caps companies impose on users?

Cox is the only alternative if you want good speed and high reliability. They do have caps, but they're soft caps - you get an email if you go over, but that's it.

I have CoX Ultimate and Gold Bundle. It has 20Mbps for upload speed. Very important if you are working from home like I am.

My video conferencing is super smooth.

Cox gives me 250 gb a month. I go way over every single month. I get an email, which I ignore.

i'm considering the 20Mbps upload ultimate service. can you upload at around 2.5 MB/s? is there a data limit on the ultimate service?

Is it advertised as a consumer or a prosumer/business type of bandwidth account?

Residential

The Ultimate internet is $109 if you don't want TV or phone alone.

I got a two year package deal $180 (after all the fees/taxes)

I needed the unlimited long distance phone services, because talking on the cell phone for hours is not good.

Yes! That is the average easily.

It makes the skype conferencing smooth for video and clear for audio.
