Does anyone know what this is? It's beyond Summerlin, in the mountains about 5 miles west of Red Rock Resort/Casino/Spa. Could this be a secret government installation, such as a missile base? Those mounds are very geometrically arranged. Are they underground bunkers?

Eh? Are you sure? I suspect that's just a front for something far more sinister. Like in The X Files. Something is out there. Something weird. Something, perhaps, not of this earth. There may be aliens among us. I'm driving out there tonight to investigate.

The roadways seem to form the shape of a winged like creature. I wonder what it means.

In all seriousness though, if you want to see some nifty symmetry, check out Hawthorne.

I wondered about that myself. But as it turns out, the gypsum mine (Blue Diamond Hill) is further south.
