To the OP, you should apply for a job in a federally qualified rural healthcare center.

If you aren't able to get a job, you have a few options.

1) Do as many in my graduating class did. Apply to Starbucks, grocery stores, banks, etc.
2) Do as the rest of us did. Apply to grad school.

I know that graduating is exciting, but employers are less concerned about your excitement and more about the bottom line. I got my Bachelor's in Psychology and found the only jobs I was qualified for were in sales. Unfortunately, a Bachelor's really wasn't as impressive to them as it to me. Now I'm on the tail end of my Ph.D. and have several promising leads on jobs for next year. One suggestion though if you do go to grad school, don't go online. $60k in debt is ridiculous for a Bachelor's.

I can tell you personally that I know someone who got a degree at the University of Phoenix. She was barely literate. During the time she attended the University of Phoenix she complained that the people in the team she was assigned to complained that she was hurting their grades. She got her degree. She is now employed in the federal prison system.

If you get the right bachelors, you can probably get a job fairly easily, the wrong one not so much. Psych falls into the latter category.

The OPs degree sounds more like a trade school degree than a university degree. That's not necessarily bad thing, but any school like this should probably offer internships and placement assistance. I have a sister who had a medical practice. She had a relationship with a trade school where they would place interns in her office, and she would hire the best of them (when she had an opening.) I have a feeling an online school like University of Phoenix can't offer this.
