Anyone like sushi and care to share their favorite sushi spots? Particularly, AYCE?

Yama Sushi in Paradise is fantastic when I visited.

I love AYCE Sushi. All 3 of the most recent places I've been were about $25 for dinner. I'm going to list negatives, but know that they are minor; I would eat at any of these three places at any time... <cravings intensify>

1. My current favorite is Sushi Tachi near Aliante casino in the Smith's parking lot. Best sticky rice. Less rice on rolls than most. Good menu with a good selection. The cucumber roll is amazing (rock and roll?). I like to try to order one of everything that shows a limit of one per person. =)

2. My second favorite is Kaizen Fusion Roll and Sushi on Deer Springs. Kaizen has the best menu selection and their kitchen selection has some interesting selections like Salmon collar. Rice is a good consistency, but they put a little too much on rolls.

3. Yama Sushi on Maryland Parkway is my current third. This place was really hyped to me by co-workers. I found the rice to be mediocre, too much rice on rolls, and limited menu selection. That said, it is still a good value and I would eat here again. They recently expanded the dining room to include the business space that was next door to them.

My friends keep pushing Yama Sushi on us, but we haven't gone yet. Usually end up at Sushi Fever on Sahara. Not AYCE, but decent.

Here's an older thread on the subject, but it still has some good suggestions for you.

Sushi Wa. Sashimi is better and have a nice toilet with traditional controls.

just yelp "Ayce sushi"
...I've found yelp to be extremely accurate, though some might argue differently.

My personal favorites:
1. Naka sushi (lake mead/durango?)
2. Sushi House Goyemon (decatur/hacienda)
3. Oyshi

Definitely try Naka Sushi...absolute hidden gem...make sure you sit at the bar.

We're talking table served AYCE, not buffet, correct?
