Any buffets open late late like 3am late?... and

Any CHINESE buffets open that late as well?

I think you might be better off with coffee shops at that hour. The Palms has 24/7 which serves Chinese food in addition to American fare. The Grand Lux at The Venetian / Palazzo is 24 hours, and so are most of Station Casino's Grand Cafe's.

I don't think you'd want to be eating buffet food at 3AM. It might have been sitting for a while.

The Palms cafe does not serve Chinese food 24/7. I believe it ends around 11pm. Bets bet for Chinese food in the wee hours of the morning would be around the Chinatown district.

your best "buffet" til 3am would be an all you can eat sushi joint...lots of them open til this hour. I know sushi koma on durango and flamingo is open til 3am 7 days a week.
