When going to the Dental School they first have to accept your case... also remember that what might take an hour at a regular dental office could take a whole day at the school. If you need extensive work you should consider getting a dental credit account. My husband had $12000 worth of work done and we put it on a dental credit account that carries the balance interest free for 24 months.

I need help now I can't handle the paib anymore. I haven't smiled in years, my Grandaughter asked me " Grandma how come you never smile". I looked at her sweet little face and said with a tear in my eye " Honey Grandma's always smiling inside. I did'nt want to say because of Grandma's rotten teeth. I have always wanted to have my teeth fixed and be able to smile, and not be embarrassed. I want my children and Grandchildren to be proud when they look at me, there's just never enough money for me. Without insurance and my credit is'nt the greatest I can't find the help I need the pain is unbearable somedays and getting worse.

As one of the above posts says, you should call the dental school and ask if they are accepting patients, and how to go about getting in for treatment.

Forget the kids and grand-kids for once and take care of yourself. If you can't get in to the dental school, Algodones is just across the border from Yuma. There are lots of hotels/places to stay. Dental work there is about 20% of what it costs here.

There are also four dental schools in southern California - perhaps you would be able to get treatment at one of them.

USC
UCLA
Loma Linda
Western University of Health

I can't recommend that option. I love Algodones, but the dentists there ... not so much.
I know a really good dentist in town, OP. DM me if you would like the name.
