depends on location, goals (classes, personal trainers or just doing your own thing) and time you plan on working out.


I go to the 24 hour fitness downtown. It has limited hours and limited machines, but I like it because the times I do go it is practically my own private gym.

5am-11pm Mon-Fri
8am-6pm Saturdays
Closed Sundays

I've had LVAC for about 5 years. And now 24 for about 4 years.

I go to the one at the corner of Wigwam and Pecos. I like it. There is plenty of equipment; it is clean; staff is friendly; classes go from great to mediocre depending on the teacher but are generally good.
I do not know if it is still available but Costco used to offer a great two-year deal.

i went down the street to the 24-hour grocery. when i got there, the guy was locking the front door. i said, hey, the sign says you're open 24 hours. he said, yes, but not in a row.
