Forced out? Perhaps. Soon there won't be one undeveloped acre in the entire valley. I am sure he will make lots and lots of millions and not have to raise pigs and cattle. Personal freedom is what you are talking about

You want to FORCE this person to give up property that he has owned since before you were born just to please you?

Sooner or later there will be no farm. Plain fact. No eminant domain issue here. The area is now residential and urban

Most of the pigs I've ever run across don't mind being covered in mud, filth & feces. Same as cows...like the one down the road from me. On some hot summer days, it sure does stink...but it doesn't look like the cows are mindin' it at all.

although im not so sure if what is happening is really called "abuse" or not. but its true a lot petitions like this rarely get anything done it seems.
