Perhaps you should go? After all, you are infringing on the Pig Farm
This is the fastest growing area in the ENTIRE country.
Times change, pigs can be relocated. That is just plain old stubborn.
How dare I? How dare he not sell if he has thousands of families there!
Forced out? Perhaps. Soon there won't be one undeveloped acre in the entire valley. I am sure he will make lots and lots of millions and not have to raise pigs and cattle. If pegs is what he wants he can relocate and be compensated. Too much to ask? Not anymore, he is surrounded TIMES AND AREAS DO CHANGE YOU KNOW!

Personal freedom is what you are talking about

You want to FORCE this person to give up property that he has owned since before you were born just to please you?

I think YOU should go - The area would be better off

OK, I am not about to play with words here. Top, or top five or whatever you want to call it is the same thing.
Point is there is a cruelty issue and the farm needs to go anyway.

Thousands of people leaving and one pig owner staying?
Again, granted he was there first but he is being a stubborn old geezer.
Sooner or later there will be no farm. Plain fact. No eminant domain issue here. The area is now residential and urban

Then we will talk.
Most of the pigs I've ever run across don't mind being covered in mud, filth & feces. Same as cows...like the one down the road from me. On some hot summer days, it sure does stink...but it doesn't look like the cows are mindin' it at all.

Obviously the "PetaPeeple" have never lived on a farm or cattle ranch[or even NEAR one].

Any nut job can start an on line petition and they usually go nowhere. Im not sure why we even need to be looking into this.
