Yup. But it is and has always been somewhat cyclic. When the next set of properties come on line in 2009 it will go down to 4.5% or so.

It is interesting to look at Phoenix who has, for the moment, stopped growing. Unemployment is now down under 3% with a crashed housing industry. Maybe we can start pushing a 1000 a month down south and fix that for them.

Rememberiong also that we are moving into the Holiday season.....a lot of hotels still cut back during this period [not as many as before] and construction slow until after NY's Stepson will be laid off from a County Parks job in a week or so until after the 1st of the year.....not as many people using them as during warmer seasons
