I can Pay up to $1,000 in rent
I want 3brs and 2bths
It's only me and my wife early 40's
I work 75% from home that is why i need 3brs ( one ours one guests one office )
My Wife works 50% from home.

No Cats no Dogs in our lives now.

One Car only for now.

I am looking for a place in an area i can meet clients ( Photography is my bag ) , does not have to be at my home , can be a nice coffee shop , but close so i won't have to drive 1 hour to meet me . But in an area that does not say " RUN AWAY " to clients.

I have seen so many nice places online but i need to know " If you were me would you live there ? "

Thanks for the input.

P.S. Summerlin extra info would be appreciated.

Aliante, Summerlin, Green Valley, Spring Valley (nice and central), Boca Park area, Desert Shores, etc. There are many nice neighborhoods here, and it's not all zip-code specific. Give us some street addresses you were looking at.

Wife and I love The Lakes/Peccole Ranch area. It's next to Boca Park as NLVgal mentioned upthread.

Peccole and The Lakes border each other and are located *just* south of Summerlin. You get all the amenities and a beautiful area without the Summerlin HOA fees.

It's certainly worth a look.

My aunt just found a nice apartment in that general area at a very reasonable rate. She can walk to Boca Park. I'm jealous of you guys because there's a Jason's Deli in that area (yum!)

OP, are you looking for apartments / condos or single family homes?

89117 Centrally located, convenient to many restaurants/cafes if you wish to meet up with your clients at these establishments.
