Just another out of stater moving to Las Vegas and needing some advice

After searching the Internet along with this forum, I've come to my last resort!

Single woman interested in renting at the Luna Di Lusso condos. I haven't found much about locals living in this area, are they mostly rental condos? I will also be working in the North Las Vegas area and will take the 515 into the city. Is the commute alone enough to not want to live that far out of town?

Thanks!!

I don't know why you want to have a 40 minute commute?? Especially through the infamous "spaghetti bowl" !
You would be better off looking at something in north or NW. Easier commute with a lot less traffic. IMHO

the reason why you won't find much about locals living in Lake Las Vegas and working in North Las Vegas is because not many do.

The commute will be a killer, if an accident or a tire change pull over or even extra holiday traffic, you might as well pull out your pajamas and a snack
