I wanted to share with you an experience I had with a great company - Silver State Specialties. I had an issue with my courtyard fireplace not working, it simply would not start or make any click of ignition or anything. The previous home owners had it wired up and I was at a loss on why it would not start, I figured it was electrical.

Lee (from Silver State Specialties) came out and checked it. He told me it was going to be a week to get the parts and he'd call back when it was ready. A week later he arrived with the parts, he started to work on it and then told me it was just a battery. For some reason the builder had it wired to look like electrical which through him off. Anyways good news was no parts were needed.

He didn't charge me anything.

So I did a Yelp review and now this post, I hope other contractors can learn from this kind of ethic. He does Insulation, Mirrors, Garage Doors and showers in the North West Area of Vegas.
