Depends on the location. Starting price for a decent area would be around 75k though.

We have only one area code.

"20 minutes to the strip" is most of the Las Vegas valley. Just move to Summerlin. That's where everyone is going to suggest anyway.

If you want to check out an area, go to www.zipdatamaps.com, enter the zip code of the property you are looking at and get more information than you will ever need. Denise

Check out Coronado Palms. I bought there 2 years ago and love it! It is located just off the 215 Beltway at Buffalo. It is only about 10 miles from the Strip.

Hahahaha but I won't recommend Summerlin. There are too many areas with different condos at different price points and safe as well to choose from even more convenient to the Strip than anywhere in Summerlin.

His fate will possibly end up in the hands of a persuasive, biased real estate agent.

When I moved here in 1996, I knew approximately where I wanted to buy into, in East Central, in the "townhouse district", as I call it, in Zip 89121. Not realizing how focused and stubborn I can be, I ridded myself of the first agent, as he tried steering me over to the west side, giving me false warnings about living in East Central.

Being in a real time crunch, I called another agent and gave her a direct, dictatorial command: Buy me a unit in this complex (most units are alike), don't care which one, you choose, and I'll be happy with your decision. Done deal!
