House between Buzz and us. Corner of Florine and Tomsik. Three small children. Sure hope everyone got out OK. Built around 1975. Went up like a tinder box. Looks like it is gone.

Don't know the address, but it couldn't have been in the near east central district, with all those homes built with cinder blocks!

They said lack of fire hydrants made it worse but either way, once a house catches fire, it's still a mess whether it burns a little or a lot.

I heard all the noise last night and went out to the patio trying to see. Didn't see flames or even a lot of smoke. Looked like they had it under control so I went back to bed. Haven't had a chance to go by there or watch news today. Is that the party house, lvoc? That's what it looked like from here.

They could have run hoses from our fire hydrants. There's one right in front of my house.

I drove by earlier and was surprised at the damage. From my patio at 1:45am it didn't look that bad. But my view is blocked by a lot of trees. It looks totaled to me. Early morning fire in northwest Las Vegas Valley displaces six | Las Vegas Review-Journal
