I've been told by several people that the best area to live in is on the West side. Is this true? If so..please give recommendations on complexes etc. Thank You. Also...does anyone know if State Farm Insurance rates are partially zip code driven like they are in Missouri?

There's no wet side of Vegas. The whole place is bone dry.

I would say West of Jones a couple more blocks down from Rainbow is still decent but even around
the West side of Lindell which is one block down from Jones you can find nice apartments/townhomes/condos. The boundary between Spring Valley and the town of Paradise is Decatur Blvd, this area may be a bit sketchy but still livable, not exactly ghetto.
