What if any of these casinos/hotels actually made it?

The WWF casino would have been funny.

Kind of an old list. Fountainbleu isn't even mentioned, nor is Echelon.

I would have been afraid to stay at the Titanic Hotel. (although I loved the history)

You would wonder if you were "sunk" when it came to gambling in there...

Themed after the doomed luxury liner RMS Titanic, this resort was to have been modeled after the ship and would have been 400 feet (120 m) long with 1,200 rooms, standing across the street from the Sahara Hotel and Casino. The project was rejected by the Las Vegas City Council.[1]

the OLD Las Vegas method of developement is to take an option on a piece of land. Get someone to make a rendering of a proposed piece of property, release that to the newspapers, THEN start collecting investors......when ya get enough investors, you take the money and run.......

So when will new projects start up again? It is inevitable there will be another boom in casinos. The only question is how long it will take to happen. It is the history of LV.
