It's usually very pleasant, highs mostly in the 60s, lows in the 40s, sometimes a little cooler than that overnight.

Thanks so much for answering! I know I probably could have looked that up on weather channel but I like to go with people who actually live there for answers.

Actually pretty nice though still cool. Spring breaks loose here in mid February. May even see a 70 high toward the end of the month.

It's all about layers, so that you can be prepared for different temperatures. Since you are driving, you'll have more room to bring what you might need than if you had to pack for flying. Have fun.

I'm not speaking for everyone on this thread; it's clear from my profile that I don't live there, but you don't have to live there to provide information about the temperatures that time of year. People who have lived there in the past, or have family there, or visit there on a frequent basis, can also be familiar with the weather in a given time of year.

We moved here from Vermont last fall and I spent most of last winter in shorts. My blood has since thinned and I can't believe I did that.

Anyway, as stated February is quite pleasant but remember here in the desert it's on average 10 to 20 degrees cooler after the sun goes down. 60's during the day could result in mid to low 50's/high 40's at night.

Spring begins in February here. The new buds actually start pushing any remaining leaves off the trees in late January, and if you haven't planted your vegetables by the end of Feb., the heat will do them in before you can eat them. So like others have said, it is spring weather. Layers are usually necessary. But that's true from Nov. through Feb. You'll probably need a sweater or light jacket part of the time, but you won't be overly warm. And if you need something warmer, buy a Las Vegas souvenir sweatshirt.
