I have given up dating here as women are mostly out for what they can get from you and if you dont make 50K at least forget about it they wont give you the time of day, it is a lot like LA with the LA attitude.

I guess I'm going to come off sounding like a jerk, but 50k isn't exactly millionaire status. Most professional jobs are paying close to there.
Maybe they want just want someone educated and ambitious?
I think we can agree that most women, given the choice and all things being equal, wouldn't choose the McDonalds hamburger flipper, probably for more reasons than just the pay.

$50K is probably well above average for Vegas. It's not going to get you to the top tier of the social scene, but it does mean your not an umemployed loser (which probably puts him above a lot of the male population of Vegas in dating desirability.
The bigger issue, at least from what I heard, is that from a locals perspective, Vegas is a bit of a sausage festival. The ratio factor is negative for guys. There are just to many of them.

Hey Kraig, I was single and in Vegas having a blast when I was 26 about 7 years ago, had money saved up, wanted to party and stay single. Loved the single life. I was here for 6 months and then traveled a bit after that.
