I've visited vegas a few times. I love the weather, atmosphere, and party life. Im just wondering what the job market is like. I am a welder/ oilfield worker from wyoming. But its time for me to move on in life to bigger better things.

Not to be a party pooper, but keep in mind that the "party life" you mentioned is mostly vacationing tourists. Not all, but nearly all. It's pretty hard to sustain being on permanent vacation. The weather is pretty good, but it's what surrounds us within a day's drive that makes Las Vegas a really great place to be. But daily life here is pretty normal.

You probably won't visit the strip after you've lived here for more than 6 months. Tourist trap. Construction job market out here is dismal.
