Try Maryland Pkwy north of Charleston. There are lots of apartments available and it's on two major bus routes. The Orleans Square and Clark Apts. are two cheap places to live in this area. You have a 99 cent store and a Save-a-lot right across the street. The Charleston Outlet is one of the city's best thrift stores and is right there too. There's also a Savers Thrift store on this corner.

What areas are the best place to move to. I have been looking on line at houses in the 150k to 200k range any help would be appericated. Looking to be out there soon. I have been watching the RE market to see if prices are going down like other States.
