Were any of them for 4 to 8 days of service periods? LOL I also just got a phone call here in Canada about an hour ago from Cox saying I have an open order for connection...I said "Yes I know. I arranged that last week with you". She then proceeded to tell me the order must be completed in 10 days or its cancelled. I told her that I told the representative last week we wouldn't be down to Nevada from Canada until mid May. At that time I was to go to their office and give them their required $100 deposit and physically be in the condo for hookup. I told her that I received a LV phone number for the landline phone from the original rep too. Now this other person that just phoned today says the phone number will be retracted and no good now...I will get a new one when I come to their office on Ranchero when we get there in May.

Same thing here but they took the deposit mid Jan. and gave me a phone and said that the phone install kit (Modem and cordless phones) would be delivered Mar. 1 when we were down there. When it wasn't delivered I called and they said everything was canceled. I ended up going to their store and picking up ever thing including a "free" cable box with show time which next time we are back in town is going straight back, They are worse than used car salesman!!
