See what I mean? While 90% of these JO's don't materialize, the 10% that show are worth the effort in THEcesspool.

Kuri, Read through all of the threads. Most of your answers will be answered there. You can also search the threads for what you are looking for.
Sometimes the natives get tired of answering the same questions again and again forever.

Sheriff aka Greg seems to have escaped the RJ forum. He had a 100 page cesspool thread there too. These people like him that hate everything about Las Vegas and every place else in the world seriously need to stop the world and get off.
Then they'd complain about outer space how there isn't any public transportation out there, no homes, etc. lol

hey kuri: listen to pinkstring. check through the other posts and take everything with a grain of salt.

you will quickly pick up on people biases.

LV will be what you make of it...just like any other city. the things that stand out for me are the outdoor opportunities, the variety of entertainment, and the overall climate (yeah...it is HOT...but it isn't humid, no flying biting bugs, etc.).

depending on your own personal situation, different locales around town have different positives and negatives. you might get more helpful responses if you ask some specific questions re: what you are interested in.
