So I had my backyard, cemented (in prep for a SPA to be installed) but the surrounding yard is pretty barren. can anyone recommend a kind of plant of bush that can be shaped, and needs low maintenance?
I am in a NON HOA area, its my house, I need not answer to anyone.

I want my yard to look like this (landscaping done by photoshop)

Thanks

Jonathan

PS: I searched and searched for this question, and found bupkis

Cut a twig of your current bushes and take it to Star or Moon Valley.

On a good day, you can find a master arborist working. You can also take it to the Nevada Cooperative Extension on Horse Dr. and they will certainly know.

Or take it to the gardens at the Spring Preserves tomorrow morning. That will also let you see virtually anything you might want to grow there.
