was gonna say the same thing..........NYC gets there Nova from N.S. so why order it from NYC when you can most likely get it cheaper and order it from the company they get theirs from. Capeache

Last time I was in Reykjavik, I bought 33 lbs of the stuff!!

Well, try the above recipe. It will yield identical results, if you can source superlative fish. In many cases, steelhead trout will yield better results than the salmon found at most US markets. But I've never made a bad batch. Most have been only "wow." When I get my hands on the right side of salmon the result is, "oh, wow."

if you visit reno we have a awesome deli Manhattan deli at the Atlantis. As a Native Ny'er I give this place five stars. great food, great prices and the portions big enough for 2 people. you can review it here an see their menu

One of the poker dealers at Aliante Station told be about this place. I went for the first time last month and it was awesome. The salt and rye bagels were nearly as good as any I've had in NJ/NY. I didn't try anything else, but they have a pretty extensive menu and everything looked great.
