What's your budget?

if you have $$ to burn, a private room at Aliza at the palms for dinner, would be awesome.
if you need something a bit more affordable, Renting a Limo, and dinner at Lawrys and then tool around the strip can be a fun birthday as well.

I spent my 50th in LV (before I lived here) and was taken to Rosemary's for dinner, sadly Rosemary's is gone

Good luck

Jonathan

He is turning 31. he has just never had the opportunity to have the stupid cake and funny hats and blah blah. I was thinking maybe some place with live music but still sort of chill so we can hear our friends....

Like Mac said...budget would be important. Are you the wine and conversation types...or the drinking and dancing types?

Not sure if you're into the Irish pub thing or not...but i would love to celebrate my birthday here. I have visited a few times, as I always stay across the street at The Orleans. It definitely has a local (as opposed to touristy) feel to it, and music on the weekends. If you wanted to do birthday hats and cake, I'm sure they could accommodate you. You did not mention whether dinner is involved...but they have pretty good food here.
