If she could get a job at Creech or Up-Range then it would be really nice. There are jobs at Creech and the drive (depending on where you are going) would be less than an hour Up-Range.

Other than that I agree there aren't many jobs up there. But it give or take one way. Either one person drive up to IS for work and back to the Valley for home or the other way around.

My point is, if you like country living (and seeing the Thunderbirds practice every morning at 10) then IS might be more for the OP.

Default Homes in Indian Springs

I am thinking to move out that way not woried about the comute to Vegas, how are the homes, schools what is the nearest residential town if indian Springs is not that good? Please help..

homes are old desert style [low roof] for the most part....several trailers....schools are.....there......and the nearest residential town is Las Vegas

I would think half the lots are double wides. It is simply a lower socio-economic neighborhood.

There is an upper middle development in Cold Creek. Very rural.

The school is actually pretty nice. I would send my kid there unless he or she was brilliant. Kind of a family style school K through High School.
