So how did it go this year?

I'm happy to hear it was well attended. I hope everyone has a good time and comes back next year. We need the money and the tourists. I figure those people are now exposed to Vegas and will come back!

What I want to know is where are these 350,000 kids STAYING?

They can't all be booked at the Bellagio on daddy's credit card.

All of the rinky dink hotels in North Las Vegas are booked along with the parking lots of many business near the Speedway. Yesterday I passed by a couple of parking lots for Sams Club, Carls Jr, Lowes, and Wal-Mart. Parking lots were jammed packed, but stores were not busy as the parking out front would suggest.

Seems that sleeping the car is the way to go.

Party all night and sleep in a hot car. At least it rained at Woodstock.

drove my own vehicle. Went a bit late and avoid all the traffic. It was taking nearly two hours to get up there from the strip via LV Blvd. I-15 was backed up from the spaghetti bowl.. I took Losee Rd from start to end to northern beltway and then took that east back to I-15. Avoid must of the jam.

Anyone catch the picture of the lovely bikini body in this mornings paper who solved the problem of a minimum top by using her hair?

I think it would be better if they held it in May; it's just too hot. They need to have shuttles from most of the hotels. The traffic was a nightmare and after a night of "raving", should they really be driving?

Don't they do something like shuttles for Nascar? The buses can go on a preferential route and save time (I think I heard that??)
