Hi everyone,

I'm going to get a house in LV in the near future (as earlier as next month).
Just want to know that, for the locations within 89031 area, they are good or bad parts of NLV !

Thaks for help!

I have plenty of co-workers that live in that area. The area is not bad at all, but far from the best. Pretty good but not great. Decent but not terrible.

You get the point.

How about the areas around Simmons and Craig, or Lone Mountain Rd?

Thanks for help!

I use to live around Craig/Clayton area. Pretty quiet neighborhood except when high school lets out during the school year when the kids are walking home. Pretty noisy for about an hour or two, until all the teens are gone.

89031 is just about on average with any other area of Vegas, far from the worst closer to the best.
