Almost 30 years old apartments converted in 2005. HOA over 300 per month.

Actually has about the worst hit on loss of value I know of. About 25% of what it orignally sold for.

It is a very nice location. Just not much of a unit.

Default Nice Units

I looked at one of these units and even made an offer, but in hindsight I am glad I didn't get it because of the high HOA fees. The Condo I ended up buying is only 130 a month and that ends up being a big difference.

These are in the Las Vegas country club. Thats why Hoa high. Once you go out onto Maryland pkwy that neighborhood is not great. The outsides of the building are not that attractive. The insides don't look bad at all. I see one 2 bed on realtor.com for $58,000. It sold in 2006 for $272,000. :<
