I went there last week for an ATV tour/ride that I found on Groupon. I didn't see any town or buildings other than a golf course in the middle of nothing. Strange place.

Victim of the economy.

The golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Yes it was/is supposed to be a town. They broke ground in like 2005 or something. The worst time you could possibly break ground.

Are there no homes out there? I thought they would have built some homes.

I've not heard mention of it in a long time. I mean you hear about the woes of Lake Las Vegas, imagine how bad Coyote springs must be doing. The golf course is still green?

I remember reading some sort of brochure for that place and it was supposed to be really something neat. They thought it would become the next large town. I'd be interested to know myself whatever happened to it. I drove out that way and they still have light on at night.

Played out there 10 days ago. Only thing out there right now is the golf course, there are plots of land available but all the builders pulled out and there is nothing else for miles.

Should be a nice area in a few years but we won't see anything for a while.
