Unless something has changed recently, Assessment Managment Group handles all the assessments in the valley. Assessment Management Group

If you are looking at buying a home with and LID/SID, you can always ask the seller to pay it off as a condition of the sale - it happens quite frequently.

Look carefully. SID/LIDs often have early payment fees. There does not appear to be any change in value when you pay them off. So I generally say not to do it.

Fascinating. Why would a SID/LID have an early payment penalty? What's the logic?

Our was at about 5% interest and processing fees each year for about another $200, that's why there is a penalty
