I have two landlord policies for homes with pools in Henderson. Several clauses are important for those policies at least for me. First is coverage for vandalism by tenants. Second is Loss of Rents. This would be important if you have your rental vacant while your contractor does repairs. Also the higher the deductible the lower the rate to some degree. I also have Medical payments and extra replacement cost coverage. PM if interested and I can give you my agent's name. My rates have stayed the same for 2 yrs so I don't think the rate hike you are seeing is industry wide. Hope that helps.

I am the owner (landlord) of the properties. What company are you using?

I just picked up an AllState Policy. Rates were good. Amar Insurance Agency 580 E Windmill 702-685-3900. Office staff was very fast in getting me set up. Good service. For my "investment" property.
