Not in Summerlin, but Gaylord's at the Rio has fine Indian food---and we're from central New Jersey, which has a very high Indian population and we know our Indian food!

"india palace" is really good. They accept entertainment coupon too. "Origin India" Mint" and Mount Everest are good too, the former being a bit expensive.

The ones in summerlin area are "Bollywood grill" and "Pyar" which are not really great but you could try once, i guess.

I suspect the Gaylords at the Rio is part of the chain. We have eaten at Gaylord's in Frankfurt and in San Fran, both reasonably good but more expensive. I would guess there is better in LV.

Gaylord's seems way overpriced. I have a question about Indian food too. I was driving toward Green Valley going South/East on the 215 about a year ago, saw a big sign for Indian restaurant at an upcoming exit, got off, found the place in a strip mall, and I cannot remember for the life of me where it was or what it was called! Except it was really good and I ate there twice. After the second time the highway sign was gone so I couldn't find the place anymore. I know this is lame but does this sound familiar to anyone? I don't know Henderson/GV at all--I usually just drive there if I am going to Green Valley Ranch casino. So I know this place was before the exit for Green Valley Ranch. Sigh....

Magnolia, go to google maps and type in "indian food" or indian restaurant" in the search box once you've narrowed down the area in the map. Once you see the dots that pop up, you should be able to remember which corner your restaurant is on. Also, using the little "street view" yellow man will help you remember what it looks like from the street. Good luck.
