Close Kid. There is a condo conversion in the LV Country Club that starts around 900. There are nicer condos that start around 1200 or 1300. They go up to homes in the multiple thousands. The tower starts in the 1500s or so and goes well up from there.

Aren't there some apartments near Channel 8 Drive right off of Desert Inn? This would be even closer. I don't know how safe, but definitely safer than Twain/Swenson area.
