300 Block of TERRABIANCA Cir, Henderson, NV 89012 |

Looking at Henderson real estate in the area of the home I posted above

Can anyone tell me what that area is like?

Do you think homes in that area will continue to go down price wise?

Thanks in advance for your replies

The edge of present development. The land past it however has been plotted and will likely be developed eventually. Note that the lot on this house is not the border of the Terrazzo development. Pardee still appears to own enough land behind this house to put a street or a half street in.

The development is large homes built late in the cycle. They may still drop minor amounts but I would think they are close to the bottom. The impolite would describe the tract as McMansions.

Overall a very nice large home tract...note though that the surrounding tracts will be eventually developed and some are even higher density than this one.

So this will end up an interior tract in the fullness of time.

Nope. It is a nice area though. Nicest and safest is probably 89134...but that is half populated by old foggies. There are also great areas of the NW and SW where few people live and nothing ever happens. Very safe and nice and dull..

My parents are in escrow on the house across the street from this one. According to their Realtor the land that is to the south (i think) is held by a guy that got sent to jail for Fraud or something so they shouldn't expect anything to happen for many years with that land. No sure if that is true or not.
