Will Town Square close?

I really hope not as I really loved it!!!

I doubt it will close. It's too popular. I'm sure some kind of arrangement will be worked out.

The developer is in trouble but Town Square will remain open for business. If anything, it may be a change of ownership in the near future. This is one place in Vegas where locals and visitors truly come together outside of a casino/hotel setting. Love this place and patronize the businesses in the area. It won't close, too popular for the locals and visitors to Las Vegas.

Foreclosure rarely means closure. It just means different owners with different management.

I dont think it will close. I used to work for the developer, and when they lost Turnberry Towers and Turnberry Place (including the Sterling Club) all of them remained open and operational, however all of the original staff was laid off by the company with refusal of rehire from Prudential. i dont think any of the staff will be let go at Town Square as other businesses leasing their units are actually responsible for hiring their own eomployees, buying and selling their own merchandise, etc. Seriously, I wouldnt worry about it closing.
