Would anyone know who to contact for real estate north of Las Vegas? I know most of it is owned by the Moapa Tribe, and of course you have the State Parks, etc., but is it possible to buy that land? The region I have interest in is located past Nellis, of course, but not farther than Great Basin Hwy or too near the Moapa rez. I know most of this is isolated, but there are exits that allow vehicles to turn around, and I am sure roads can be constructed fairly easily.....

I believe most of that is zoned industrial for the Apex Industrial Park. Also, there are still some active mining operations in the area. Not an area I'd like to live in, plus the jet noise is horrendious.

Thanks. Yes, I did notice that some of it is part of Apex and Mountain View Industrial Park...though I did not think about the old mines. Either way, I would still like to look into land that is a little farther north of Apex, etc. I have driven that direction many times and do not recall seeing signs that advertise the land......

it is under control of the Bureau of Land Management [Federal Government] and is not for sale....thats a problem [and the blessing] with most land in Nevada....it keeps us small.
