Hi I want to go to a gym to learn some mma as a workout and self-defense , I'm closer to these 3 gyms, Tapout, Wanda fight team, and Xcoutour, which one do you think is better in terms of quality, price or class size?

I would really appreciate advise from anyone who's been to one of the above mentioned gyms....thanks

I took a tour of both Extreme Couture and Wanderlai Silva's gym and I must say I was impressed with both of them, but for different reasons.

Wandy's seemed more fight training / sparring oriented with a tight net group of fighters (team), with a beautiful facility (cage, weights, etc).

While Randy's seemed to focus on a little of everything. (cardio room, TONS of mat space for rolling, larger group of beginners, weights, etc.)

All in all, Randy's seems larger and broad and Wandy's seemed more of a tight knit group training for a fight.

Both good things, depending what you're looking for.

Out of the three, TapouT's larger in size and offers over 95+ classes per week for kids, women and men. Not sure what the other gyms prices are, but TapouT offers a week free to try it out and has New Years specials for memberships.

Ahhhh, seems nice at Tapout. I'll have to check it out.

I just automatically went to XCouture because I'm used to it, for we also have one back in Toronto.
