They're illegal and the police department has done a few raids, but they're hard to stop. I honestly don't see any problem with them. They aren't passing around HIV or STDs. Some people who have physical deformations etc might not ever be able to experience sexual release from another human without these sort of establishments. Hookers are another story because it could increase STD and HIV rates, but a jerk and tug...lol....how did this thread get started again?

keep in mind that legit places are supposed to print their license number in their ads. so there are a lot of them who went through the process to be legal. what services they perform, is questionable, at best.
there have been several busts of asian massage places, at least 2 were 24 hour.
