Hi everyone ! I'm a newbie from UK and my husband and I are looking to possibly move to America more specifically Las Vegas Nevada.
We actually were married at the Lake Las Vegas Resort!
However we have been told to be careful where to purchase a property because of unsafe areas etc.. Does anyone have any suggestions for safe places to live.
We would be looking for warm weather pretty much most of the year round. We don't have children so wouldn't need to be near good schools etc..
If anyone could help us, we would appreciate it!

It isn't very difficult to spot the areas that are in decline, so don't worry about it; just get a good Realtor and let them show you around.

If I lived in Vegas, I'd choose Summerlin. Have a realtor take you around that area, it's beautiful.
