I was looking at a nice home to buy but wasnt sure if it was in a nice/safe family oriented area..the zip is 89131 ..what do you think?

nope, terrible,.... i live here.. the zip is ALL mine! Actually it is a very nice area... Where is the home if i may ask. There are some nice developments.

I lived in that zip for 3 years and enjoyed my experience. Some areas are quieter than others, there is a lot of horse property in that zip as well. I think it's a nice place for a family.

I was reading an older post about this zip and it was in the paper saying bad area since they've all been foreclosed on..with graffiti and violence? How much truth to that?

Total nonsense. While there are more than average foreclosures, there is certainly no graffiti.

Bought there in April. Haven't moved yet as it is a retirement home, but our visits are always pleasant and we feel like it was a good choice. I love the views!
