I also wanted to narrow the area down to which I am inquiring about. It is on S. Las Vegas Blvd in the 89123 zip. So we will be in a complex right on the Blvd.

Thoughts???

Thanks!!!

No problem for that area Roseykatt. If it's where I think it is, it's just apts, condo's, homes and the South Point casino, right next to I-15.

Sedona on the Boulevard? That is yet another "transformed" apartment complex.

It is actually a condo and not in an apartment complex. I can't believe some of these complexes that try to pull a fast one and show you one place and give you another. Shady...

We actually know the owner as she is a friend of the family. Her tenant just gave her notice and she called us to see if we were still looking. So at least know who we are dealing with!

I believe the question was, It it another condo conversion. There are alot of apartment complexes that where converted to condos.

Condo conversions are just apts with the name of condo. With a conversion, you will still have all the problems an apt complex has, like with noise.
A condo complex built new usually takes more care into soundproofing somewhat. (some anyway)
