is there free shuttle service from anywhere on the strip to downtown and vice versa?

I don't think so. Harrah's has free shuttles to and from all of their properties but I don't know of any other free shuttles.

The Orleans and Gold Coast sponsor a shuttle to the mid-Strip.

As to downtown, that is not likely.

There is a shuttle from Sams Town to the California downtownand back.

there may be shuttles between sister properties but nope.....ya gotta pay....[don't unnerstand why anyone would think transportation would be free]
