Hi! I just found this thread this morning. My brother needs a partial replaced and we've been trying to find a dentist that will do it for him. He's in a tight situation too -- in between jobs and no credit. Does anybody know of a good dentist around here who does partials and might be willing to do it on a payment plan? My brother actually thinks not having his partial is part of the reason he hasn't been able to find a job yet.

You have access to a computer, do a google search for dentists in/near your town. Then call the dentists on the list and ask if they take new patients, do they do partials? Can you make payments? They may require a percent upfront before they'll do the work.
Best of luck to you,
Pam

In that case, check with Interfaith Health Cllinic. I don't know if they do partials, but they do have dentists. 546-7330

hey hiknapster! thanks for the info. I'll try to call on it tomorrow if i get a chance. we *are* planning on doing some type of downpayment thing if they'll let us. his last partial was really poorly made and it hurt him to wear, so I'm just really hoping we can find somebody good for him.

I have the same problem right now with my tooth. My husband and I are both in school and he is working but has had to cut back on his hours because of school. We also have two children so we dont have the money to spend over a grand on a tooth. I am trying so hard to figure out what to do because I am in so much PAIN!!!!!! I cant eat, sleep or hardly function!! I have tried everything that everyone has suggested on here.... benzocaine, sea salt, ice, heat, EVERYTHING. I just want to find a dentist who can take payment plans?????
