This apartment complex has poor management, right after you sign your lease the service rendered is over and you are there to serve them as far as they are concerned. During the time i lived here my brother in-law was assaulted and robbed right in-front of my front door, the guy that lived next door in my building was beaten and pistol whipped and held at gun point while four men robbed him. he now lives with family and can not leave his house with out having a panic attack, my car was broken into twice and my apartment was broken into once. I can provide police reports it is not safe for children here at all. forget about onsite laundry more then 60% of the on site laundry room do not work. they tore down the playground say bad people where hanging out there and replaced it with a giant cat box. the pools are nearly never open and when they are they are dirty and not well kept . they will lull you into a false sense of security and then they will ignore maintenance requests pest control will come to your home once a week and pray something that makes the roach infestation angry among other pests but kills nothing, the staff help them selve to your home when ever they want without notice and they leave doors unlocked and your things moved around even leaving a broken light bulb on the carpet for my children when we got home from school, the buildings are no longer in code and are dangerous with black mold and lead paint painted over with flat wall paint and latex. The apartments are not updated the maintenance is grossly understaffed. this is all around disgusting place and if you break your lease early they charge you 2,500 per month the only thing they pay a lot for is attorneys

I've known people that have lived there and never had issues like that. Here's what I always say; look at the crime map and see for yourself. Consistently, there are very few problems at that complex. Would I live there? No, because they are old and it doesn't look like they ever update them. But they are certainly cheap. But let's get real. Windsor Court is what it is. It's not the lap of luxury. They are very, very inexpensive apartments and you often get what you pay for but they are also not the projects down in Lonsdale or East Knoxville, either.

Knoxgarden is correct. Dealing & even blatant prostitution going on right now. Kim Rene Skeen is blatantly running ads on backpage knoxville & management is well aware of it. I wouldn't post her name & some might think it is bs but her ads have her pictures, name & phone # so evidently she could care as much as management. See for yourself.
******** Sweet Rene is booking All day Sun , Mon, and Thurs*********** - knoxville body rubs - backpage.com

Also, management tells her who made the complaint then she puts ads up with their names saying they have stds & use drugs. I emailed the mayor but after I saw how she slandered a single mother that kept complaining, I knew It wasn't worth the grief needless to say I moved. Luckily, for me I was able to get out of my lease because someone broke into my place & stole a dvd player, some dvds & jar of change. Well worth losing that stuff to get out of their scot free. Hiknapster, seems very credible & nice but don't be fooled by a little nice landscaping, at least Lonsdale you know what to expect so you can keep your guard up, although I have never lived there
