I know someone is going to post a Yelp review or something... I've done those searches, but I would rather trust the people on this post than "strangers". If Barbecue isn't any good, how about your favorite local restaurant?

Best barbecue is a varied topic. Are you talking ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken. Just because one place has great ribs, does not mean the brisket is good.

The wife likes brisket and of course I like pulled pork. Happy wife is the most important, so brisket.
