Hi, I am looking to relocate to the Knoxville area as soon as I can sell my house. Just my husband and myself in our 40's, no kids. I read one review saying that kids are not allowed to live in Cherokee at Westcliff. Is that true, only visits? We are looking for a quiet place to live, but close to the action. Already past the partying and staying up late days, so I am concerned reading about being close to UT campus.

If anyone has feedback on Cherokee at Westcliff condos: Pros/Cons, safety, noise level, kids, reviews, etc or if you have any other suggestions for a quiet condo in move in condition close to the city, but not in the middle of the action.

I appreciate any advice you can offer. Thanks!
Jean

Don't have any info on the other matters but if you decide on C/W get a unit with a view. It is one of the best views in Knoxville.

It's a GREAT location, four miles from UT. I know a few people that live there, it's very quiet. There are some students, but mostly graduate students. Some retirees, etc. I'm not sure about children.
