Yea I knew about that. Most of those homes are out of my price range anyway. I plan to do a lot of fishing but have no desire to live on a lake.

I have two wells in East TN one in Claiborne at my full time residence and the other at a hunting cabin in Hancock Co. 40 minute to the east. The water at my cabin is horrible with sulfur and I do not drink it but there are homes less than 1000yds away that have good water. My point is that you can not assume that the water is the same for a county area or larger. I think you'd have to drill and drink per property and that could get expensive or aggravating.

I really bet that I could drill another hole 300 yards away from the first and hit another aquifer.
